I was honored to visit His Excellency the Ambassador of the Syrian Arab Republic to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Dr. Ihsan Al-Ruman, at the Syrian Embassy in Amman.
His Excellency welcomed me warmly and graciously, and the meeting was characterized by cordiality and mutual respect. During the meeting, several topics of mutual interest were discussed, reflecting the deep fraternal and historical relations between the two brotherly peoples, the Jordanian and Syrian.
The meeting also discussed future avenues of cooperation in several areas, in preparation for my upcoming visit to the Syrian Arab Republic in the near future. Through this visit, I aspire to strengthen ties and cooperation to serve our common interests.
I express my thanks and gratitude to His Excellency Ambassador Dr. Ihsan Al-Ruman for the warm welcome and generous hospitality, and for his sincere commitment to advancing relations towards broader horizons of cooperation and coordination.
