During an official visit to the Jordan Cooperative Corporation, I had the honor of meeting with His Excellency Director General Mr. Abdel Fattah Al-Shibli and Dr. Nadia Al-Khasawneh. The meeting focused on the arrangements for the upcoming “International Forum on Social and Cooperative Economy,” scheduled to take place in October of this year.
The forum is being organized in collaboration between my company, Smart City for Exhibitions and Conferences, and the Jordan Cooperative Corporation. It is considered a pioneering event that will host representatives from several countries around the world, along with international speakers and prominent leaders in the cooperative sector.
The meeting covered key organizational and logistical preparations to ensure the success of this significant event, which will serve as an important milestone in promoting Jordan’s position on the global cooperative map. It will also offer an opportunity to exchange expertise and explore prospects for cooperation and integration in the fields of social and developmental economy on local, regional, and international levels.
